Description

Camerota is a small village in the province of Salerno, located in marvelous Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park; perched on a promontory, its origine date back to VIII-VII century. Famous seaside resort, Camerota has been recently awarded with the "Blue Flag", ambitious recognition for all those coastal towns which have achieved the highest quality in water, facilities and safety.
It is an excellent touristic location, rich in beaches, culture and traditions.
Do not miss to visit the Cathedral of St. Maria delle Grazie and the Church of St. Rosalia, patron saint of the town.
